I hold a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Graduated with honours as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner.
And a MBA in Small and Medium Enterprise Development with a focus on SME development from the University of Leipzig, Germany.
I was a long distance swimmer on a competitive level for 10 years and very familiar with athletes stressors like discipline, commitment, bonding with team members and coaches, physical and emotional stress during the journey to excellence, the pressure of high expectations from family, friends and peers, physical and emotional vulnerability that athletes experience at times but can rarely share it with others.
I am currently an active professional with long experience in the corporate world and know how stress from things like meeting deadlines, competing with peers, missing promotions, working long hours, studying for more accreditation and certifications and suffering from financial crisis can cause physical and mental damage.
I grew up in a family of professional musicians and experienced how stress during practicing, performing and competing can affect their physical and mental health.
On my journey to discover natural ways to be healthy and professionally active, I learned and experienced the way to pursue our dreams and follow our passions without developing stress related disease and injuries.
We can enjoy the moments of our success without suffering through the journey. I learned how mother nature is providing all the nurturing we need to enjoy the journey to excellence. And I decided to make it my duty to transfer this knowledge to the ones seeking it.
I am specialized in supporting individuals who are passionate about their highly stressful professions while maintaining optimal health.
I offer stress management and adaptation solutions through holistic nutrition and lifestyle.
Professionals, musicians and athletes are rated among the most stressful professions on our planet, this is why they are my main focus.
I believe that observing and understanding how our ancestors dealt with stress is the secret to successful stress management and prevention of chronic disease.
Jungle people's life was not easy! But they instinctively knew how to deal with it. Stress, starvation, and germs were some of the hundreds of challenges jungle people faced. Still, they were doing much better in managing their stress levels and healing from injuries and disease. Whether you are a woman or a man, part of you is and will always be in the jungle. This part is thousands of years old, and has the wisdom of instinct and nature. If you listen to it, you are more likely to win than to lose! It is connected to the great wisdom of living life. As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and proud jungle woman, I will guide you to understand your body and deal with the stressors of everyday life just as our ancestors did. There is a reason and a solution for every health condition. Medications are mainly good at blocking the symptoms, while symptoms are the signal your body sends to you to let you know that something is wrong and needs to be fixed. Blocking the signal does not solve the issue, it makes it deteriorate in silence. It is time we start looking at the core of our health issues and discover practical resolutions.
